It is illegal, but as long as you do not go afk (means you respond to people) the chance you'll get reported and banned is very small.

That would be nice if X-trap could actually block such softwares.
Hackers and botters don´t get bothered by x-trap , since it only blocks old hacks, fraps and my photo editor software (lol)
